1. Designing the web

In order to create and maintain an interactive website, web designers are responsible for designing every aspect of a website from the ground up, so they must have creative skills and have an artistic quality to them.

Here are the three key abilities a web designer should have and why:

Imaginations: In order for the product to satisfy the brief and still stand out above the competition, in order to be able to think of fresh ideas, the web designer must be a creative person.

Caution in depth: In order for the user interface to be functional and fit for purpose, the website must have intense attention to detail.

Analytical abilities: The web designer should have the skills to be able to analyse the audience's use of websites, including traffic, ad preferences, etc.

2. Communications and public relations

Public relations and marketing staff are responsible for preserving their company's public image and are also accountable for engaging with clients in order to preserve this image. These are some key requirements;

Skills for presentation: The worker has to have strong presentation skills to ensure that the business has a good overall reputation of all the content and presentations they do.

Skills for Contact (orally and writing): In order for consumers to stay satisfied and involved with their supplier, communication skills are key - any business with a broad customer base needs a strong relationship team to keep things under control.

Initiative and perseverance: In order to ensure the customer experience is as professional and effective as possible, in order to manage a large number of customer inquiries, the employee needs to have patience and initiative.
