LO2 2.1 File Format

 This is a list of file formats for different mediums of file formats:

Image: .JPG (JPEG Format) It is commonly used for storing digital photos and used by most digital cameras to save images. 

Music: .MP3 (MP3 Audio File)  It is most commonly used to store music, but may also contain other types of audio content, such as a lecture, sermon, audiobook, or podcast.

Video: .MPG (MPEG Video File) An MPG file is a common video file that uses a digital video format standardized by the Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG). It stores video, audio, and metadata interleaved together. MPG files are often used for creating movies that are distributed on the Internet.

Text: .DOCX (Microsoft Word Document) A DOCX file is a document created by Microsoft Word or another word processing program, such as OpenOffice Writer or Apple Pages. It contains formatted text and may also include images, tables, charts, and other document elements.

Games: .GAM (Saved Game File) A GAM file is created by various video games to store saved games.

Compressed: .7Z (7-Zip Compressed File) Uses open-source LZMA compression, which has a high compression ration.
