To do these types of filters first you have to create a new file and create a sheet that has 210cm x 297cm. Next put in the image you want and when you have done this go to the tab image and it will show a list of words, you will go down to adjustments and hover over it where it will show another list, from this list you can choose whatever you like and customize your picture as much as you like.

This is the different types of filters that i put onto my image. For the first one it is the normal to show the differences in each of the photos and how much they can change an image. 1. The first photo that i changed was the one top right. I have given it a mosaic design, which allows it to have tiles over the image. I think it gives the image a different type of look and more abstract than the others like it should be on the wall or in a ceiling in a museum or something. 2. The second one is the blurred one. I have done this is to show the effect of what blurred can do. In an abstract way it can also be viewed as a piece of art that is meant to grab the attention of your eyes yet you cannot see it clearly. 3.
